Recipe for sauteed liver with golden paste

This is a simple recipe of liver and golden paste which can be used as a topping for your dog’s meal. Organ meats like liver are nutrient dense and should make up about 10% of your dog’s diet as it contains all the essential amino acids, minerals and vitamins. Combine this with a spoonful of turmeric or golden paste for a nutritious tasty topping.

Ingredients:

50g beef liver

1 tablespoon golden paste

A sprig  of parsley

 

Method:

  1. Finely slice the liver
  2. Add a tablespoon of golden paste to the liver and mix well
  3. Gently fry the liver over medium heat till just lightly cooked (about 3 minutes)
  4. Top with finely chopped parsley
  5. Mix the sauteed liver with your dog’s meal
